| Descripción: | The Product Support is responsible of address technical issues relating to our live software products implementation, functions, and upgrades. The primary responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving internal and external client complaints or errors and logging any unresolved issues to later create final resolutions. When not fixing active issues, they will contribute to product development and process improvement and optimization. |
| Requisitos: | Proven proficiency in languages/platforms: C#, VB6, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web API/SOAP/REST. • Proven proficiency in the following platforms: SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, IIS, VSS, TFS, Windows. • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. |
